We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing on the next available business day.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed starting the following business day.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing Days: Monday through Saturday
Orders are not processed on Sundays or major public holidays.
Transit Time
After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 8–13 business days, including order processing and shipping.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to refresh.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Big Lion Furniture is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return it.
Order Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience should an unexpected delay occur.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please inspect both the packaging and the product immediately.
If you discover any shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.
Lost Packages
If your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution.
Item Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us for further assistance.
Undelivered Packages
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
If a refund is requested for an undelivered package, shipping-related charges may be deducted where applicable.
Taxes
We do not collect any additional VAT or tax at checkout. The price displayed for each product is the final price you pay.
